Ranging from classical music to extraterrestrial farming, students of Yellow Rock Academy design and lead their own seminars and discussions throughout the summer program. Entirely self-governed and self-led, these sessions embody the Academy’s spirit of independence, curiosity, and collaborative learning. Taught by students, for students, the seminars showcase not only remarkable versatility and passion, but also initiative and leadership in action. Each discussion—whether under the bright summer sun or through the quiet hours of the night—sparks intense, enriching conversations that reflect the boundless imagination and intellectual courage of the Yellow Rock community. A Perfect Love Youth Organization supports the operations of Huangyan Academy through fundraising, academic liaison, and course design. In 2025, a philosophy of love course based on Dostoyevsky’s Crime and Punishment and our vision was designed in collaboration with a student at Huangyan Academy by A Perfect Love Youth Organization.
